What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are calculated based on the location you enter when order your items.

Why are you closed on weekends?
We use Paypal and Stripe as our online processors. Any common credit or debit cards that will go through Paypal and Stripe.

How long will delivery take?
Shipping time will depend on the location you enter when ordering your items. Once it is shipped you will be able to track your order here once you get the information sent to you in an email.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Shopping on the online shop is very secure. Paypal and Stripe are very secure online payment services that we trust. To review the complete details on Paypal’s security visit go to their buyer protection page.

How do I order products that are not available in the online store?
Many of our products are available from our distribution partners.  You can find a distribution partner here, contact them to see if they have the product available in your area.  Alternatively, you can e-mail customerservice@deverechemical.com, call 800-833-8373 or fax 608-314-0969 to order product.  Once we receive an order, confirm the order with the freight included.  Our standard lead-time is three business days and we can rush most orders to ship same-day if there is a need.  Please contact us today to be set-up in our customer record system and to place an order.

How To Questions:

How do I use the ‘wishlist’ feature?
First, You MUST have a DeVere account AND be logged in. Then just click on the “ Add to wishlist” link to add that item to your wishlist. Go to your “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard and use the “view/manage whichlist” to view, remove or ADD a wishlist item to your cart.
How do I use ‘Save Cart’ feature?
First, You MUST have a DeVere account AND be logged in. Then just view your cart and click on the “Save/Share Cart” button in the lower right corner of your item list. A popup window will appear at the top of the screen giving you the ability to EMAIL your cart (via another window, COPY the link to your cart to the clipboard, or SAVE your cart to your account. Similar to the wishlist, you may view your saved carts from the MY ACCOUNT dashboard. Unlike the wishlist, you may add everything in your saved cart to a new order.
How do I use the ‘Multiple Addresses’ feature?
First, You MUST have a DeVere account AND be logged in. Then just go to your “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard and select “ADDRESSES”. You may ADD up to 10 ‘Billing’ and/or ‘Shipping’ addresses. You may give each new address a reference ID (perhaps a location or store ID).

You may also ADD ‘Billing’ and/or ‘Shipping’ addresses from the checkout screen. However, you may only DELETE a previously entered address from the “MY ACCOUNT” section.

Once added, you may select any previously entered ‘Billing’ or ‘Shipping’ address to the current order and the selected address info will replace the default Bill/Ship information.

NOTE: This feature is NOT designed to allow for SPLIT orders, but allows you to maintain a central billing location and ship individual orders to separate locations.
