How long will delivery take?
Shipping time will depend on the location you enter when ordering your items. Once it is shipped you will be able to track your order here once you get the information sent to you in an email.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

How do I order products that are not available in the online store?
Many of our products are available from our distribution partners. You can find a distribution partner here, contact them to see if they have the product available in your area. Alternatively, you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, call 800-833-8373 or fax 608-314-0969 to order product. Once we receive an order, confirm the order with the freight included. Our standard lead-time is three business days and we can rush most orders to ship same-day if there is a need. Please contact us today to be set-up in our customer record system and to place an order.
