Product Uses:
DISHWASHER: Drain and fill with clean water o Low temperature dishwasher: Add 8 oz De-Lime Concentrate o High temperature dishwasher: Add 32 oz of product. Follow dishwasher manufacturer manual for de-liming procedures.
HUMIDIFIER: Turn off electricity and water if connected to supply line. Drain unit and remove loose limescale from reservoir and parts to be de-limed. Soak removable parts in solution (1 part De-Lime Concentrate and 5 parts water); swab solution on other parts until foaming action subsides. De-lime reservoir by placing 16 ounces (2 cups) of De-Lime Concentrate in 2 gallons water into reservoir; let stand until foaming action stops
HUMIDIFIER ADDITIVE: Add solution (1 ounce De-Lime Concentrate to 4 gallons of water) to reservoir daily to prevent rapid scale buildup.
DEHUMIDIFIERS: Add 4 ounces De-Lime Concentrate per 1 gallon of circulation water. Run water circulating pump until lime deposits dissolve (15 – 30 minutes). Drain thoroughly. Flush thoroughly. No rinse is required on stainless steel parts.
De-Lime Concentrate does not contain any nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) and therefore is better for the environment and faces fewer regulatory restrictions and environmental implications than similar NPE-containing products.
NOTE: Not recommended for use on aluminum
