Description
Anti-Corrosion Additive is an ultra-concentrated additive to be used with our Machine Dishwashing Liquid , Caustic CIP, Chlor Foam, and other alkaline cleaners. Our product eliminates the corrosion of soft metals when high concentrations of detergents are needed.
The alkaline detergent, chemical concentration, and temperature will significantly impact corrosion. Always test on non-critical parts before using on all soft metals. Anti-Corrosion Additive protects aluminum and other soft metals when the concentration is correct compared to the alkaline cleaner.
We care about our consumers and the environment, which is why our product does not contain nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs). Thus, it has fewer regulatory restrictions than similar NPE-containing products.
Anti-Corrosion Additive also does not contain any phosphates.

Anti-Corrosion Additive Directions for Use:
Machine dishwashing: Add 1/4 Anti-Corrosion Additive to 1 ounce of product per ounce of Machine Dishwashing Liquid used in an automatic dishwashing machine.
- Add this product to the wash solution
- This product acts as a builder, increasing the alkalinity of a wash or soak solution
- Do not add this product directly to Machine Dishwashing Liquid or any other concentrated cleaning chemical
CIP or manual cleaning: Add 1/8 ounce of product per gallon of wash water when using 200 – 800 ppm Active Alkalinity or 1/4 ounce of product per gallon of wash water if above 800 ppm Active Alkalinity.
