Foaming surfactants and emulsifiers provide superior cleaning on all contact surfaces, tables, cutting boards, vats, tanks, and other equipment. This product is safe to use on a variety of surfaces including stainless steel, plastics, and most soft metals.
- Use 1 oz. of Power Foam 2100 per gallon of hot water for general cleaning applications.
- For heavy soil use 2 oz. of this product per gallon of hot water (145 to 170°F).
